You can expect for your order to be shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. 

It is recommended that you store your tea away from direct light and if possible in an airtight tin container to maintain freshness. 

When tea is stored as recommended it can last for approximately 2 years, however it will start to lose some of its flavor and aroma, after how long. 

It’s recommended that you use spring water or filtered water for the best tea flavor. 

2 grams of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water 

• White and Green tea 170-185 degrees Fahrenheit
• Oolong tea 180-190 degrees Fahrenheit
• Black and herbal tea 208-212 degrees Fahrenheit 

• Green tea 3-4 mins
• Oolong Tea 1-5 mins
• Black and herbal tea 4-5 mins  

• Tea bags generally last 18-24 months if stored as recommended in an airtight container. 
• Tea bags should not be used more than two times. For best taste, please reuse the tea bag within a 24-hour period.
